Many words, ideas, hours, and resources are spent addressing the necessity of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in leadership, yet we are still not there. In some ways, we are even moving backward.
This is why we keep having this conversation—again and again—until we no longer need to. Let’s discuss where we stand as a community and as an industry: What are our struggles? What battles have we won? How far are we from the day when DEI will be a thing of the past?
